Real estate developer Unitech Ltd sold homes and other property worth Rs4,000 crore in the March-September period, the company said. The New Delhi-based company sold 10.11 million sq. ft of space in the period, four-fifths of which were homes, it said. Unitech aims to deliver 32 million sq. ft of property over the next three years, it said on its website.

Mumbai-based DB Realty on Wednesday joined the bandwagon of real estate companies planning to raise funds from the primary market. It has submitted the prospectus with market regulator Sebi to raise Rs 1,500 crore by selling a 10% stake through an initial public offering (IPO).
